Where is this store located?

Tambella Beauty operates exclusively as an online store.
Do I need a credit or debit card to place an order?

Not at all! Credit or debit cards are not required to place an order. We accept payments via online bank transfers and cash on delivery. Our bank account information is provided at checkout.
Is there a pickup option?

Yes! We offer pick up deliveries for only $10.00TTD at Starbucks , Independence Square Branch every Saturday at 12PM.
What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of our business - cosmetics, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us using the contact form.
Are there any harmful ingredients in these products?

All our products are handmade, all natural, vegan and cruelty free. They contain no harsh chemicals.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Trinidad & Tobago. International shipping will be available soon.
